Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointment Cancellations:

• We request patients to inform us at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in limited rescheduling options.

Refunds:

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided.
• For prepaid treatments (such as braces, implants, or smile makeovers):
  • A partial refund may be considered only if the treatment has not been initiated, and after discussion with Dr. Ashish Agarwal.
  • Once treatment has started or services have been delivered, no refund will be applicable.
• Any advance paid for lab-based or custom procedures (e.g. crowns, dentures, aligners) is non-refundable due to third-party costs already incurred.

Mode of Refund (if applicable):

• Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
